Whether your pregnant and looking to stay fit and healthy or had your baby and want to get back into shape then Fit to be mum has something for everyone. We offer gentle prenatal classes ,postnatal mother and baby , buggy fit sessions and personal training and nutritional advice.
You can exercise during pregnancy from 12weeks until the final week if all the factors in pregnancy work in your favour and depending on your individual situation. My training and nutrition advice can help you maintain strength and fitness through your pregnancy to give yourself and your baby the maximum benefit of exercise. Then progress onto my post-natal return to fitness exercises that understands the challenges that women face at this most important period of their lives.
With labour and being a mum one of the most demanding activities a women has to go through, your increased fitness, stamina and strength will surely make the day that little bit easier.!!
