Post-natal:
Whether you want to lose weight and get your pre-baby body back or strengthen and repair your body after childbirth you will receive sessions taylored to your individual needs to get the results you want .All in the comfort of your own home ( no need for childcare ,your child can stay too )
Buddy training :
A programme as above but you and a friend get to train together to keep each other motivated and share the cost of sessions.
Pre-natal:
A well devised, safe and effective workout during pregnancy to maintain fitness and prepare your body for the demands going to be placed on it throughout pregnancy ,labour and after .
I will provide a full consultation before excerise commences. GP/midwife consent required.
You need to have had 6weeks check with gp/midwive before commencing exercise after giving birth. 12 weeks after a ceasarean.
